Entity and regulatory status

Sovereign Global Compute is currently a pre-incorporation venture; this notice will be replaced by the legal entity's particulars on incorporation. SGC is a research and market-data publisher. It is not an exchange, a marketplace operator, a broker, a dealer, a lender, a non-banking financial company, an investment adviser, a credit rating agency, or an insurance intermediary, and it is not registered with or regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, SEBI, IFSCA, IRDAI, or any comparable regulator in any jurisdiction. Any regulated arranging, advisory or financing activity, if and when undertaken, will be conducted through a separately identified and, where required, separately licensed entity, under that entity's own terms and disclosures.

Research independence and conflicts

SGC entities may in future act as arranger or advisor in transactions involving companies covered by our research. We apply a standing-disclosure rule: where a material commercial relationship is relevant to a published note, score, ranking or opinion, the disclosure appears on that material or in an accessible accompanying notice. We do not accept payment for coverage, favourable or otherwise, and coverage cannot be purchased, escalated or suppressed by any commercial relationship.

If sponsored placements ever appear on this site, each is labelled "Sponsored" where it appears, and sponsorship never affects leaderboard rank, composite scores, price ranges or editorial conclusions. Data and rankings are computed identically for sponsors and non-sponsors. A sponsor gains visibility, not treatment.

Data sourcing and indicative figures

Our work draws on public rate cards, provider materials, public filings, market quotations and information submitted to us for verification. Published figures may be indicative, normalised across differing commercial terms, interpolated, or awaiting provider verification, and are revised without notice. Forward curves and estimates are model outputs on stated assumptions, not observed transactions. Inclusion of a company in our data is not an audit or an endorsement. Collection rules and known limitations are described in the methodology.

Trademarks and no affiliation

"Sovereign Global Compute", "SGC", the SGC globe mark, and the names of our publications, including the "SGC India Compute Index" and the "India Compute Credit Monitor", are trade names of Sovereign Global Compute. All other company names, product names, logos and marks appearing on this site — including those of GPU vendors, cloud providers, marketplaces and data services we cover — belong to their respective owners. They are used nominatively, to refer to the companies and products themselves in the course of market coverage, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.

Sovereign Global Compute is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other organisation with "compute" in its name, including The San Francisco Compute Company (sfcompute.com), American Compute, or Nebius Compute, some of which appear in our market data as covered providers. Where our coverage discusses such companies, it does so as an independent observer.

Corrections and complaints

We want providers, readers and counterparties to flag factual errors, missing context or disclosure concerns. Send the page or dataset reference, the proposed correction and supporting evidence to info@sovereignglobalcompute.com. We review in good faith, may seek clarification, and publish dated correction notes when a material correction is made. Covered providers have a standing right of response. If you are dissatisfied with our answer, tell us why and the matter is reviewed again.

Forward-looking statements

Statements about future prices, capacity, regulation or market structure are estimates and opinions held at the date of publication, based on assumptions that may prove wrong. They are not commitments, and we undertake no obligation to update them except through the ordinary course of publishing.
