1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Sovereign Global Compute ("SGC", "we", "us"), the publisher of this website at sovereignglobalcompute.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you accept these terms and our Privacy & Data Policy. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" includes it. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is, and what it is not

SGC is a research and market-data publisher. The Site publishes indicative pricing, capacity estimates, market commentary and analysis about the compute economy, and provides tools for readers to describe their own requirements and submit market information to us.

SGC is not an exchange, a marketplace operator, a broker, a dealer, a lender, an investment adviser, a credit rating agency, or an insurance intermediary. SGC does not execute transactions, hold client money or assets, or match counterparties under any rule set. SGC is not registered with or regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the International Financial Services Centres Authority, the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, or any comparable regulator in any jurisdiction. If a regulated activity is ever conducted by an SGC-affiliated entity, it will be conducted by a separately identified entity under its own terms, and this Site will say so.

3. No advice, no offer

Nothing on the Site is investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial product, a recommendation of any provider or counterparty, or a credit rating. Content is published for general information. Prices and terms shown are indicative, may be estimated or normalised, and may be wrong or out of date. Do not make a decision to trade, lend, borrow, invest, lease, insure or procure on the basis of the Site alone. Obtain advice suited to your circumstances from professionals who owe you duties; we owe you none by publishing.

4. Indicative data

Figures on the Site are compiled from public rate cards, provider materials, filings, market quotations and information submitted to us. They are indicative: normalised across differing commercial terms, sometimes interpolated, and revised without notice. Forward-looking figures, including any forward curve, are model outputs built on stated assumptions, not observed transactions and not predictions. Where data is placeholder or pre-verification, we label it. Inclusion of a provider in our data does not mean we audited, endorse or recommend it; exclusion means nothing at all.

5. Licence to use the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site and use its content for your own informational purposes. All content — text, analysis, organisation, graphics, code and presentation — belongs to SGC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Except as allowed in sections 6 and 7, you may not reproduce, republish, mirror, frame, sell or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

6. Quotation and citation

You may quote up to 200 words from any page, with attribution to "Sovereign Global Compute" and a link to the source page. You may reproduce a single chart or table in a presentation, note or article on the same conditions. You may not present an excerpt in a way that changes its meaning, implies our endorsement of you or your product, or removes a caveat we attached to the figure. Journalists and academics who need more than this may write to us; we usually say yes.

7. Data licence

CSV files published on the Site may be downloaded and used for internal evaluation and research, with attribution. You may not: (a) repackage or resell our datasets, in whole or substantial part, as a data product; (b) redistribute them without attribution; (c) use them to build a commercial pricing product that substitutes for the Site; or (d) represent our indicative figures as transacted prices. Systematic scraping, bulk extraction or automated harvesting of Site content beyond published files and our robots.txt allowances is prohibited without a written data licence.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: interfere with the Site's operation or security; probe or test its infrastructure without permission; misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting information; submit information you know to be false or misleading; use the Site to violate anyone's rights or any law; or use our name, marks or content to imply a relationship with us that does not exist.

9. Submissions

The Site invites two kinds of submission: market information (such as rate submissions) and requests (such as compute requirements or financing enquiries). For anything you send us, you represent that you are authorised to share it, that it does not breach a confidentiality obligation you owe anyone, and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not send us material non-public information about listed companies.

By submitting market information you grant SGC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, verify, normalise, aggregate and publish it. Our default treatment is anonymisation: submitted rates appear inside market ranges without attribution unless you approve attribution in writing. A submission does not obligate us to publish, and we may decline, adjust or annotate it in our editorial judgment.

10. Compute requests and financing enquiries

The request-compute tool composes a requirements summary that you choose to send to us. It is a request for information, not an order, an offer or a reservation of capacity. Estimates it displays are indicative model outputs, not quotes. If we introduce you to providers, lenders or other counterparties, any resulting contract is between you and them: SGC is not a party to it, does not guarantee performance or pricing, and is not your agent, broker or fiduciary unless we agree that separately in writing. Ticking a financing-interest box requests information only and creates no obligation on either side. Any fee payable to SGC for arranging or advisory work requires a separate written engagement.

11. Third-party content and marks

The Site links to and names third-party companies, products and websites in the ordinary course of covering the market. Those names and marks belong to their owners. Reference to a third party is factual and nominative; it does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction. We are not responsible for third-party sites or for what happens on them. Our own trade names and our non-affiliation notice are set out in the Disclosures.

12. Corrections and right of response

We correct real errors. If you believe a statement, rate, capacity figure or disclosure about you is inaccurate, write to info@sovereignglobalcompute.com with the page reference and supporting detail. Our corrections process is described in the Disclosures. A correction does not oblige us to withdraw analysis that remains fairly supported.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that figures on it are correct at the moment you read them.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SGC and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from or connected with the Site, reliance on its content, or inability to use it, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for all claims connected with the Site is limited to ₹10,000 or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify SGC against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your submissions, or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our own breach.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or connected with these terms or the Site, and each party submits to that jurisdiction.

17. Changes

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new last-updated date. Material changes will be flagged on this page for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect is acceptance of the revised terms.
